Opening Heart Energy
Chakras are energy centers in our bodies. Every time I do the Camel Pose, I feel the difference in the energy of my heart Chakra, known in Sanskrit as the Anahata chakra. Maybe I feel this way because the Camel Pose offers such good physical and emotional releases. The yoga camel pose is for opening heart chakra. This isn't the only way to open the heart Chakra, but it helps.
